As an educator, Ally teaches, facilitates, and directs various drama programs at theatres, schools and other community organizations, with lesson plans adhering to state standards for drama, where applicable. She fosters community in the classroom by focusing on collaboration and ensemble building.
 
A safe learning environment is a must for students to trust one’s instincts and honor choices of their peers. Ally is committed to an antiracist and equitable classroom. She promotes inclusion for students with neurodiversities by meeting the needs and learning styles of each individual.
